About the practice
This work embodies heart-centered care, rooted in a trauma-informed approach to sound healing. With a foundation in fieldwork research, breathwork, and immersive practice, Constanza’s path weaves modern behavioral insight with ancient traditions.
Sacred rituals and ancestral wisdom continue to guide how she holds space for healing today.
Meet your facilitator .
Constanza has always been captivated by how people think, feel, and connect—shaped by culture, environment, and economy. That lifelong curiosity led her to study social sciences and build a career in human-centered research, experience design, and innovation—working with cutting-edge technology in fast-paced environments.
After nearly a decade living and working in New York, burnout and personal loss cracked her world open. She chose a different path, one rooted in listening, stillness, and repair. She spent her last five years in Lake Tahoe retraining her nervous system, becoming certified in sound healing, and reconnecting with nature as teacher.
From there, her practice deepened through immersive fieldwork in South America, where she explored how vibrational healing supports people living in toxic, high-stress environments. She witnessed how many of us live in survival mode: disconnected from our bodies, emotions, natural rhythm, and creative potential.
She created 1111 Hertz as a gentle disruption to that cycle. These sessions aren’t performances. They’re immersive, restorative sound experiences designed to regulate your nervous system, release stored tension, and return to embodied presence and joy.
